We are a full service IT company with a small group of talented individuals to take care of your every need. We have a small group of specialized contractors we use from time to time on special projects. Our hourly rates are below market, and we do not make money on any equipment that is needed. If you have home computer problems, or computer/network problems at your small business(under 500 employees) that others have not been able to take care of, please get in touch with us. We will save you money on everything that you need, and never suggest anything that will not make your business perform better or generate more income for you.
We operate on a 24/7 basis, and our rates do not change due to the time or date. Our preferred service area is the Northern half inside the perimeter. We generally do not charge for mileage, unless your service call goes well outside of our service area.
BSConsulting will leave you with a laptop computer if we encounter a problem that cannot be repaired onsite. Repair times vary according to severity of problem. If hardware replacement is needed and parts have to be ordered, you could have the loaner laptop for up to 2 weeks. The loaner laptop is a $15.00 a day value.
