Have been doing business with Alex for the past 10+yrs and have always received the best service. I had a recent problem of the door not closing completely and he told me that it was due to slight wood expansion due to the recent rains. Door was lubricated and adjusted in just a few mins. He wouldn't accept anything but a thank you. He has a customer and referral source for life.
