Our A/C stopped working mid way through the summer. We first contacted a local plumbing/heating company and they came to do an assessment. Instead of working to fix the problem, they attempted to sell us on a whole new system and brought up air intake issues that would need to be addressed with even more work. So, we reached out to Royal Air Systems on the suggestion of a family member. Royal Air came in and did a full system cleaning, added more coolant, and got the system up and running. They disagreed that we needed additional intake duct work and offered a low pressure sales pitch regarding replacement options since our system is in fact on its last legs. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and interested in solving our problem as opposed to throwing additional sales down our throat. When our system does stop working, I will definitely contact Royal Air and give them the business!
